Never made a plant review, and no better moment than this. Going to review all my seeds from HSO tonight.
Vaping right now on the Ghost of New York, let me tell you. Plant wise, vigorous, it became huge dense colas, like popcorn.. But coated popcorn, and hard.
The flower had light green, darker green, and purple colours, very frosty from week4 flower.
The smell, is quite subtle in my opinion. Some fruity-ness, berry, very light. The taste is similar to the smell, I want to say. Grew one seed, so maybe other phenotypes ?
Interested to know..
So quite good overall, great bag appeal, good taste ( maybe less so for conoisseur), try it out.
I will say this: next to a light green, well dried sour diesel, even if the Ghost of NY shines in the looks department, the SD#2 from hSO completely overpowers, with a lingering scent. Two in the same room, jars open, SD#leaves no space! Go check out my Sour diesel#2 (amherst) review to know more!
Staple in my garden. Best sour og / Headband I’ve had the pleasure of smoking and growing.
Follow up on indoor NY Diesel grow. Loved the results. Dense medium sized buds. The smell was fantastic. Great bag appeal.
I am jumping the gun here with a review. I strongly dislike when people do what I am doing. However, I have been growing for over a decade and typically grow 100 Humbolt Seeds cultivars yearly. This year I am dabbling with HSO and have full confidence in them. Trying my hand at Sapphire OG, Ghost of N.Y., Peanut Butter Breath, and Florida gas pack. I will be growing the bulk of these in 50 to 100 gallon fabric pots , in all organic soil , and in the sun. I live in the states, so I dont have access to the full line up of cultivars. There are many more HSO cultivars I wan to try my hand at. Right now I have a few Sapphire OG, Lemon Citron, and Ghost of N.Y growing inside. Looking for a couple mother plants. They all look impressive at 40 days. I will provide another update when I am looking at 150 plants that are 12 feet tall and 20 feet in circumference.
