Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

Contact us
If you contact us on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

Data storage
We point out that for the purpose of easier shopping and subsequent contract processing by the web shop operator in the context of cookies, the IP data of the subscriber are stored, as well as name, address and – depending on the payment method – credit card number, Maestro Card data or account number of the user. In addition, for the purpose of the contract, the following data is also stored: date of birth, telephone number. The data provided by you are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we can not conclude the contract with you. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transmission of the credit card data to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations. After termination of the shopping process, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of the § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as of the kind 6 Abs 1 a) (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for the fulfillment of the contract) of the DSGVO.

The storage of IP address and time of registration is required to ensure the security of our information technology systems. This is at the same time our legitimate interest, which is why the processing under Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR is admissible. Transmission to a third country or to an international organization is not intended. You are not obligated to provide this personal data, but an order in our online shop is not possible without the provision. The personal data will be deleted or protected by technical and organizational measures (such as pseudonymisation, encryption) as soon as the purpose of the processing ceases. This is also the case if a prescribed retention period expires, unless there is a need for the further storage of the personal data for a conclusion of contract or a fulfillment of the contract. Unless we are legally obliged to store or disclose to third parties (especially law enforcement agencies), the decision as to which personal data we collect, how long they are stored and to what extent you may disclose them, depends on them which functions of the website you use in individual cases. The personal data entered by you will be stored until your personal Bushdoctor account is terminated with us, at least as long as required for the fulfillment of the contract. The cookies lose their validity when you log out, otherwise after 30 days.
